General Description of the Role

The Singapore Accounting finance analyst will be responsible for ensuring financial reporting and analytics integrity for the Singapore legal entity, including Asia Partnership market, Singapore In Market Company, Regional HQ fixed costs, and APAC GTR. This includes pricing maintenance, cash flow forecasting, statutory reporting, and tax filing.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
  • Managing timely month-end group reporting and submissions with GBS Accenture team.
  • Treasury management: bank reconciliation and cash flow forecasting.
  • Providing documentation for all areas of accounting and statutory reporting.
  • Maintaining and validating pricing, including intercompany transfer pricing.
  • Reviewing payables and ensuring vendor ledgers are properly maintained.
  • Coordinating the month-end activity calendar.
  • Preparing and distributing the monthly management pack.
  • Supporting the Finance director in:
    • Reviewing weekly excise and N30 with supply chain for timely submissions to ATO/ACS.
    • Reviewing and submitting monthly BAS (GST, PAYG, WET, FBT installments).
    • Reconciling and reviewing FBT submissions with KPMG.
    • Quarterly tax calculations and year-end tax preparation with KPMG.
    • Coordinating annual insurance renewal.
Reporting Relationship

The Finance Analyst reports to the Singapore Finance Director and collaborates closely with Group Finance Consolidation, Tax, and Treasury teams.

Experience Required, Skills & Attributes
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in an audit or accounting firm.
  • Degree in Commerce/Accounting/CPA.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

  • Comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven ability to work across functions, analyze data, and identify trends.

  • Good knowledge of SAP BI/APO/BPC/BW.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Power Pivot and Power Query.
