Responsibilities
- Technology Strategy & Architecture: Define and drive the customer’s multi-year digital transformation roadmap, aligning Microsoft’s cloud, AI, and security capabilities with the customer’s business priorities.
- Industry Expertise: Apply deep knowledge of financial services architecture, including core banking, payments, risk, compliance, and data platforms, to shape relevant and scalable solutions.
- Executive Engagement: Build and maintain trusted relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and other senior technology and business leaders, acting as a virtual CTO and strategic advisor.
- Ecosystem Orchestration: Collaborate with Microsoft’s partner ecosystem, ISVs, and system integrators to co-develop and deliver industry-specific solutions.
- Innovation Leadership: Lead ideation and proof-of-concept initiatives that showcase the art of the possible with Microsoft technologies, including Generative AI, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Technical Governance: Ensure architectural integrity, security, and compliance of proposed solutions, especially in regulated environments.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Sales, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technology leadership role within the financial services sector.
- Strong understanding of FSI-specific architectures, regulatory requirements, and digital transformation trends.
- Familiarity with Microsoft’s cloud offerings (Azure, Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365) and their application in financial services.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with senior executives and influence strategic decisions.
- Experience working with or managing technology partners, ISVs, and system integrators.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
