The Job

  • Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients through regular engagement and exceptional service.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, products, and markets to expand the company's reach.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet or exceed assigned targets.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads, providing regular updates and support on daily sales activities.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients, showcasing the value and benefits of the company's solutions.

The Talent

  • Diploma in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in B2B sales, ideally within the distribution, manufacturing, or production sectors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
  • Possess a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
