Job Brief

As an Account Specialist at our company, you will have the opportunity to work with the most well-known association in the coaching and development industry and help drive their success. You will be responsible for managing and growing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. This includes managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to revenue, conducting market research, creating proposals and presentations, and negotiating contracts.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

We are a fully remote team with leadership based in Dubai. You can work from home (or an open office) from anywhere in India.

Who We Are

Talent at Work (TaW) is a UAE-based startup offering Association Management Services for Western-based associations seeking to expand in the MENAT and South Asia regions.

How You Will Contribute
  • Provide detailed proposals, product demonstrations, and consultations to clients and prospects.
  • Accurately report CRM activity logs, sales pipelines, management reports, and proposals.
  • Manage key client interactions focusing on expansion opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales KPIs.
  • Occasionally travel within the territory for client sites, events, or conferences.
  • Build strong product knowledge and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through effective account management and deepen business relationships.
  • Manage client projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
  • Source and recruit SMEs and faculty for client projects.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned and maintain the company's professional brand.
What You Need
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, HR, or Sales/Marketing.
  • 2-5 years of sales and business development experience in training programs and account management.
  • Proven ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, managing deadlines effectively.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, with multi-tasking and prioritization skills.
  • Creative problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with Salesforce preferred.
