Role in brief

Drive revenue growth and achieve the sales target set with the management by: Actively servicing by prospecting, closing new business, and growing revenue from the existing clients and/or within named accounts.


Responsibilities :

  • Be the face of our agency, building strong client relationships and acting as their trusted partner.
  • Identify client’s requirements and come up with proposals to effectively address the requirements.
  • Initiate proposal presentation and proactively follow up with prospects to close deals.
  • Managing projects from client to completion and satisfaction.
  • Marketing our services to existing clients.
  • Work with in-house design and production teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Get referrals and introduction to new clients from existing clients.
  • Exceptional pipeline management, with a knack for “land and expand” strategies.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in events, marketing, and creative media space

Requirements :

  • Working experience in marketing / advertising / creative agency / PR role is a Must.
  • Self-motivated and passionate in completing projects, servicing clients and achieving sales target for the assigned clients.
  • Posses positive attitude towards work and life.
  • Independent, resourceful and a team player with initiative, willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.
  • A detail-oriented approach and a knack for managing multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skill.
  • Ability to think outside the box and pitch innovative ideas to clients.
