Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Servicing & New Business Lead to manage key accounts, drive client satisfaction, and spearhead new business opportunities.

This role involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying and securing new business to expand our portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Servicing:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Manage client communications for new pitches, including project timelines and deliverables, primarily to close quotations.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, creative, operations) to prepare solid proposals. Once the project is confirmed, the Project Management team will oversee execution until delivery.
  • Conclude account servicing with a positive note and post-meeting arrangements, then initiate a new project cycle.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns to ensure retention and long-term partnerships.

New Business Development:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company growth.
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential clients to generate leads.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, cold outreach, and referrals. Achieve monthly appointment targets.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and long-term success.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in a related field.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; the gift of gab.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills; bilingual in English and other languages.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Patience and perseverance, especially when engaging with customers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Curiosity, social awareness, and an eager eye for detail.
  • Positive attitude without 'Diva' or 'Drama Mama' tendencies.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing or similar roles; degree in marketing, communications, or relevant fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of marketing management experience with expertise in digital marketing, communications, and brand management.
