Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage long-term relationships with key accounts, understanding their requirements and anticipating their needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, securing new clients and expanding existing accounts
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with our technical, delivery and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals and pitches to senior stakeholders
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Contribute to the development of our sales strategy and processes
  • Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in account management and new business development, preferably in the IT solutions industry
  • Excellent consultative sales skills with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions
  • Strong commercial acumen and numerical skills to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels
  • Positive, proactive and results-driven approach
  • Degree qualification or equivalent relevant experience
