About the role

We're seeking a talented Account Receivable Executive to join our dynamic team at The First Pour Pte Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely collection of payments and maintaining accurate financial records. Based in our Redhill office in the Central Region, this position plays a crucial part in supporting our company's overall financial health and growth.

What you'll be doing

• Administer the accounts receivables function for the different channels of sales for the company including restaurants, hotels, pubs, supermarkets and online sales.

• Monitor and reconcile bank balances and credit notes as issued to customers.

• Remind customers on the timely payment of outstanding invoices.

• At management’s direction set credit terms for each customer.

• Maintain the company’s product list in the company’s ERP system.

• Generate tax invoices and delivery orders alongside sales / logistics team.

• Process staff expense claims and ensure proper authorization of claims.

• Assist on ad-hoc matters as assigned by management.

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable or credit control experience, preferably in the accounting industry

• Strong understanding of accounts receivable principles, credit management, and collection procedures

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with customers

• Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications

• Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with relevant accounting regulations and compliance requirements
