Job Title: Account Receivable (AR) (Manufacturing Company) (ID9151)

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm
Basic Salary: $2800-$3500

Benefit: AL 10 days, VB & AWS.

Job Description:

• Perform Receivable end to end (AR) function, including collections, reconciliations, statement of account

• and reporting

• Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain an updated aging report

• Perform weekly activities such as bank reconciliation and online receiving reconciliation

• Conduct month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation, preparing prepayment, accrual

• schedules and general ledger entries

• Perform any other duties assigned from time to time
  

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in any fields with min 1 year of AR exp in SG
