Job Description

· Perform Receivable end to end (AR) function, including collections, reconciliations, statement of account and reporting

· Monitor outstanding receivables, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain an updated aging report

· Perform weekly activities such as bank reconciliation and online receiving reconciliation

· Conduct month-end closing activities such as bank reconciliation, preparing prepayment, accrual schedules and general ledger entries

· Perform any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Min Diploma in any fields

• At least 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable in SINGAPORE
