Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Invoicing – Issue invoice, debit notes, credit notes, cash sales, delivery orders
  2. Processing incoming cheques
  3. Update AR aging report & prepare Statement of Accounts
  4. Prepare Telegraphic Transfer (T/T), Bank Drafts, Letter of Credit (L/C) documents for remittance
  5. Prepare export L/C documents for bank negotiation
  6. Data entry of invoices and receipts
  7. Handling of Bank Reconciliation
  8. Process claims and petty cash documentations
  9. Calculate commission for salesperson
  10. Check and confirm incoming funds with various banks
  11. Contact clients for overdue payments
  12. Filing of sales invoice
  13. Ad-hoc duties assigned
