Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm seeks an Account Executive on a 1-year contract based in Singapore. The role involves crucial financial responsibilities such as managing accounts receivable/payable and ensuring accurate data in SAP. Candidates should be qualified in Accounting, ideally with strong AP experience and proficient in Excel, to support the finance team effectively.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent required.
• Strong experience in Accounts Payable advantageous.
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel, knowledge in SAP.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily accounting operational functions.
• Responsible for AR & AP functions.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing of accounts.

Job description

Account Executive (1 year contract)

Location: Tanjong Kling Rd (Boon Lay)

Working Days: Monday- Friday, 5 days

Working hours : 8am to 530pm

Salary : $3,800 - $3,900

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting operational functions
• Responsible for AR & AP functions
• Perform verification with vendors on change of vendors’ information
• Ensure accuracy and reliability of accounting data and transaction in SAP system
• Assist in banking and treasury function
• Perform month end and year end closing of accounts
• Perform administrative and coordination work for finance department
• Prepare monthly accounts reconciliation
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Candidates with strong AP experience will have added advantage
• Conversant in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge in SAP
