Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Sales pitch and present proposal customized to individual customer requirements for both renewal and new services business
• Submit weekly Sales report to Services Sales Manager on the renewal listing
• Resolve existing maintenance contract customers’ issues when escalated from internal stakeholders to maintain trust between customer and the company
• Manage and maintain healthy client relationships with existing key accounts
• Work closely with Project Lead and Finance to follow up on billings and payments

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Electronic Engineering/ Audio Visual/ any relevant education
• Training Provided
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
