We’re looking for aStrategic Account Manager. This role will report to the AVP, APAC Inside Sales.

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and owning the long-term growth strategy for a number of our most important regional customers.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Your role as part of the Strategic teammeans your daily responsibilities will include:

• Executing various strategies to ensure the region’s top accounts are highly engaged and investing further in Similarweb’s portfolio of products and services.
• Managing relationships with decision makers, influencers and users to increase engagement and product adoption in order to exceed commercial targets
• Identifying and leading up-sell and cross-sell opportunities to drive new business growth through greater advocacy and reference-ability
• Partnering with the Strategic Sales team to ensure a collaborative client experience and account expansion
• Influencing future lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall engagement

This is the perfect job for someone with:

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (business level) to service customers in both the Greater China Region and other global markets.
• 7+ years experience in sales, account management or other customer-facing commercial roles
• Proven experience of navigating renewals and up-sells (SaaS/Digital background preferred)
• Strong understanding of the digital marketing and / or analytics space
• Experience with large multinational accounts given the global remit of the role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to influence, confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues.
• Experience client-direct sales and/or account management, and be highly successful at running consultative sales processes in large, complex prospect organizations.
• Experience in presenting to and interacting with senior management of prospect organizations.
• Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
• Team player able to effectively interact with colleagues and business partners across the company
