We are currently hiring an outstanding Account Manager - Service Provider to generate new business and grow revenues from our existing Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers, with a view to generating high-value incremental revenues for Ruckus Networks.

The location is Singapore with the opportunity to work remotely anywhere in the country.

How You'll Help Us Connect the World

Reporting to the VP, Sales WW Service Provider, the primary focus is on developing and executing strategic engagement plans for the Tier 1 and Tier 2 region's service providers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to use their entrepreneurial skills to build a successful business, define their strategy within a mature, close-knit team.

The team's culture is founded on individual accountability and teamwork, promoting technology solutions to our customers and building productive relationships with strategic end-users, partners, and distributors.

Responsibilities include revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning, and other sales tasks to meet financial objectives, providing reports on sales progress, assessing market opportunities, and developing business plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Extensive strategic sales experience with complex enterprise networking and wireless solutions in large multinational enterprise accounts, with experience in channel sales environments.
  • Ability to map client engagement through an established network of contacts, industry knowledge, and understanding of market trends and major players.
  • Networking background: Enterprise WiFi, LAN/WAN, switching, routing, or security products experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Industry certifications or accreditations.
  • Familiarity with Ruckus product portfolio.
  • Technical ability to demonstrate products to clients and partners.
