  • Dynasafe Technologies is a leading secure IT infrastructure solutions and services provider. We help our clients build a secure and robust IT infrastructure to drive and support their businesses and protect their business-critical information assets.

    We bring integrated IT Security, IT Infrastructure, IoT, OT, IMoT, as well as Cloud solutions to our clients in the Financial, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, and Government sectors

    We are currently seeking various candidates for the position of ACCOUNT MANAGER / SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER to extend our market outreach:

    Overall Responsibilities:

    • To meet or exceed Target set by the organization through NEW customer acquisition

    • To develop and implement market penetration plans and strategies to grow new markets and new named accounts

    • To conduct cold calls to new prospects daily to introduce Dynasafe solutions and set up face-to-face meetings with the new prospects.

    • To work closely with the marketing/product/support team to develop, present, assess, design, and recommend solutions that address customers’ business and operational needs

    • To Lead, manage and prepare proposals for submission to customers with the team assigned for the project

    • To take ownership of customer issues/problems, and work together with other team members toward the resolution of problems raised

    • To establish a superior customer relationship, manage and handle customer expectations professionally, and ensure a high customer satisfaction level.

    Required Experience, Skills, and Personality

    · Conversant in written and spoken English and Chinese

    · Experience: min. 3 years of working experience

    · Preferred Personality: Honest, kind, caring, warm, generous, and always willing to help people

    Educational Requirements:

    · Possess a Diploma / Degree in Computer, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent

    Other Information

    · Working Days: 5 Days a week (Monday to Friday) from 9:00am to 6:00pm

    · Location: Northeast (near Macpherson MRT)
