Account Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  • Basic Salary: $3,000 - $3,500
  • Commission: Up to $10,000/month
  • Leads Provided | No Cold Calling

We are a top digital agency working closely with TikTok and Meta as a TikTok Gold Partner and Meta Business Partner. Trusted by some of the most dynamic brands in the region, we are looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our elite team and help clients grow through powerful campaign strategies. All leads are provided, no cold calling required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales & Closing: Engage with leads provided by the company, conduct needs analysis, pitch tailored solutions, and convert prospects into clients.
  • Client Management: Build long-term client relationships, manage expectations, and ensure successful onboarding and delivery.
  • Campaign Strategy: Collaborate with internal teams to propose and develop digital marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and more.
  • Account Growth: Drive client retention, upsell opportunities, and deliver consistent value to achieve sales and performance targets.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years in sales, account management, or business development (agency experience is a plus)
  • Proficient in both English and Mandarin (to manage Chinese-speaking clients)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Results-oriented with a proven sales track record
  • Understanding of digital marketing platforms and trends
  • Professional, driven, and capable of managing high-value clients
