Responsibilities:

Sales

  • New client acquisition - Manages market segments to achieve sales goals
  • Achieve sales objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
  • Recommends new business ideas, surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
  • Tender management - Strategise and collaborate with internal stakeholders to win tenders

Account Management

  • Responsible for monitoring the client account performance by establishing a system of reports and communications involving sales reports and cyclical sales meetings
  • Build sticky relationship with existing client & explore upsell opportunities
  • Keep up to date with market and industry trends, competitors and leading customer strategies

Others

  • Preparing and completing action plans; implementing quality, and customer service standards; resolving problems; identifying improvements; implementing change
  • Manage the sales administration function, sales performance reporting, streamlining processes and system wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximising business relationships
