We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales team in the Audio-Visual (AV) industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, with experience in project-based environments. You will manage a portfolio of corporate and enterprise clients, developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships while ensuring the successful delivery of tailored AV solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and exceed sales targets while fostering strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with key accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to craft tailored AV solutions that address client needs.
  • Negotiate competitive pricing with partners to ensure optimal bids and maintain profitability.
  • Continuously enhance professional and technical knowledge of our services to effectively serve clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market changes, providing valuable insights to management.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in AV, IT, or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of AV systems, technologies, and solutions
  • Experience in a project-based, development of customized solutions sales environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage projects and client expectations
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, and other sales tools
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed
