We are seeking a bilingual Account Manager to join our dynamic Commercial team to service and manage existing client relationships, handling both English- and Mandarin-speaking clients. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, establishing and managing sales deals, and generating maximum revenue for the company.

This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with strong communication skills in both English and Mandarin, as you will be managing a diverse portfolio of clients.

Reporting to the Sales Director for Airport Advertising, you will contribute to and execute the strategy and activities of the Airport Sales team.

Job Description
  • Confidently sell JCDecaux-managed advertising spaces in Out-of-Home communication.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets set for you.
  • Establish close and trusted working relationships with new and existing clients to expand the customer base through cold calls, meetings, and presentations.
  • Conduct sales presentations and pitches fluently in both English and Mandarin, as managing clients in both languages is essential.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful management and delivery of campaigns.
  • Provide excellent post-sales services to clients and agency partners.
  • Plan and build an active sales pipeline to ensure success in achieving KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the advertising marketplace, including regular analysis of competitor activity and identifying opportunities for creative concepts.
  • Maintain professionalism in all duties and interactions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Business Management, Communications, Media, or Digital Marketing.
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin languages.
  • Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin and conduct sales presentations for Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Proficient in MS tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
Desirable Criteria
  • Advertising or media-related work experience; fresh graduates with an interest in media advertising sales and marketing are welcome to apply.
  • Results-oriented, motivated by performance rewards and incentives.
  • Strong customer service mindset to manage the company's broad customer base, including iconic and household brands, media agencies, and specialists.
  • A good listener with an inquisitive mind to provide expert consultations and identify collaboration opportunities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, capable of analyzing data and proposing actionable solutions.
  • Ability to develop prospect lists and formulate sales strategies by actively reaching out to new clients.
  • Ownership of client briefs, with the ability to deliver proposals and negotiate effectively.
