Our Client is a Japanese company that provides premier end-to-end IT solutions in Singapore, currently seeking an Account Manager (Japanese Speaking). This role involves a deep understanding of the client’s business needs, strategic planning, and the ability to deliver customised solutions.
【Responsibilities】
- Establish working relationships with key clients and stakeholders and become a trusted advisor who will understand their requirements and challenges.
- Manage client's IT and business satisfaction in the delivery of IT services and ensure profit objectives are met.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the end-to-end sales cycle, particularly in growing existing business in the account.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external parties, including principals, partners, and vendors, in sales activities to ensure the seamless execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring quality delivery of products/ services.
- Provide progress updates to all stakeholders
- Ensure sales targets are achieved and maintain good client rapport.
- Monitor market conditions and recommend pricing and market strategy.
- Investigate client’s complaints on quality, delivery, service, etc. and provide corrective measures.
- Present, negotiate and prepare contracts, quotations, etc.

【 Requirements & Preferences 】
(Must)
- Diploma or higher qualification in IT, Business Marketing, Communications, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of IT work experience, including at least 3 years in sales account management for Japanese clients.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese (JLPT N1) to liaise effectively with Japanese clients.
- Ability to communicate professionally with Japanese management-level stakeholders.
- Demonstrated successful sales track record.
(Advantageous)
- Self-motivated and disciplined in developing sales account plans, maintaining sales forecasts, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and applications is an advantage.
