Responsibilities:
  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their needs, expectations, and challenges.
  2. Oversee client satisfaction across IT and business services, ensuring high service quality while meeting profitability targets.
  3. Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing accounts and managing the full sales lifecycle.
  4. Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including principals, vendors, and strategic allies, to drive sales efforts and ensure successful project delivery.
  5. Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions and services.
  6. Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones to maintain transparency and alignment.
  7. Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships and trust.
  8. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend pricing strategies and market positioning.
  9. Address client concerns related to product/service quality, delivery, or support, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  10. Lead contract negotiations and prepare proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation.
Requirements:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in sales account management for Japanese clients.
  2. Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Demonstrated initiative, strong interpersonal networking, and creative problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
  6. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing account growth.
  7. Self-disciplined and goal-oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
  8. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and application environments is a plus.
