- Oversee client satisfaction across IT and business services, ensuring high service quality while meeting profitability targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing accounts and managing the full sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners, including principals, vendors, and strategic allies, to drive sales efforts and ensure successful project delivery.
- Track project progress and performance metrics to ensure timely and quality delivery of solutions and services.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project status, risks, and milestones to maintain transparency and alignment.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while fostering long-term client relationships and trust.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend pricing strategies and market positioning.
- Address client concerns related to product/service quality, delivery, or support, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Lead contract negotiations and prepare proposals, quotations, and related sales documentation.
Requirements:- Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 3 years in sales account management for Japanese clients.
- Proficiency in English & Japanese language to liaise with internal and external Japanese speaking clients (preferably JLPT N2 or above)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, strong interpersonal networking, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing account growth.
- Self-disciplined and goal-oriented, with the ability to develop and maintain accurate account plans, forecasts, and pipeline hygiene.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and application environments is a plus.
