Job description

Our client is a leading Multinational Social Media company.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth for our organization and the businesses we support through

(1) Acting as expert for businesses of all sizes and complexity to educate and make tailored recommendations to suit varying client needs

(2) Discovering insights on campaign performances and coming up with solution selling ideas to improve the performance of our clients’ marketing spend

(3) Aligning clients’ KPIs with company's solutions to drive incremental value

• Manage inquiries and troubleshooting from clients
• Organize and update internal data and sales materials
• Assist Account Managers to create and translate sales materials
• Coordinate logistics of external events and marketing initiatives including project management, client reach-out / follow ups, and facilitation support

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with min5-7 years working in marketing, account management from advertisement, digital marketing, sales, media agency or performance marketing
• Experience with Meta’s ad solutions preferred
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict attention to details
• Problem solving and quantitative analytical skills
• Ability to manage ambiguity by coping with uncertainty and risk and adapting to change
• Ability to work with cross functional teams and work collaboratively with internal teams
• Demonstrated experience in managing and influencing clients
• Familiar with Microsoft office (especially excel and PowerPoint), Google Suite (spreadsheet and slides) applications
• Should have good communication skills with fluency in English and Japanese language to liaise with Japanese stakeholders.
