Job description

We are looking for a driven and relationship-focused individual to join our team in a Client Servicing and Account Management role. This is a client-facing position (not an accounting role) focused on building and maintaining strong business relationships with our key partners — specifically car dealers. You will play a critical role in nurturing these partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination, and driving business growth through excellent service and support.

Job Objective:

You will be playing a Client Servicing, Account Management role whose duties include both building strong business relationships with clients (car dealers) and helping with the backend processing of their transactions.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing account management and client engagement
  • Perform brief KYC checks on newly onboarded dealers
  • Foster strong relationships with dealers/referrers to promote business transactions
  • Cross-sell products and services from Dickson Group
  • Educate and assist dealers with workflow for submissions to ensure seamless disbursement
  • Monitor approval statuses and handle negotiation requests and feedback
  • Build relationship with bankers and work closely with them so as to keep abreast of latest guidelines

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O Level or equivalent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management skills to meet reporting deadlines
  • Ability to identify and effectively solve problems
  • Flexible, friendly, helpful nature and a team player
  • At least 1-year experience in the client servicing and processing role (automotive industry experience is an added advantage!)
