As an Account Manager II at Honeywell Building Systems in Changi, Singapore, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with key accounts within the building systems industry. Your focus will be on understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring high satisfaction to foster long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to promote company solutions effectively.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers by proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet account performance objectives and customer expectations.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Technical Skills:

  • Proven experience in account management or relevant experience in the building systems industry.
  • Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level.
  • 3-6 years of BMS account management experience.
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
  • Understanding of building systems and their applications is preferred.

We Value:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 1-3 years of account management or sales experience, specifically within the building systems industry or related field.
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate customer experience across multiple channels.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and willingness to travel as needed.
