Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and business plans to achieve sales growth and business objectives.
- Build strong relationships in assigned accounts in Wireless and Aerospace & Defence (AD) ecosystem and maintain high customer satisfaction feedback.
- Be responsible for generating existing and new sales for assigned accounts in Singapore.
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to develop strategies in achieving sales growth.
- Identify potential business opportunities and drive these leads independently.
- Participate in forecast meetings with regular reporting of sales activities.
- Interpret customer requirements and work closely with headquarters and solution engineer team to create solution proposals to meet customer’s needs.
- Maintain positive ongoing long-term relationships and grow the executive level relationships in these accounts to drive strategic product and solutions direction for Keysight.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Familiarity with wireless and A&D ecosystems.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in the job.
- Strong interest to learn about technology and a strong passion for continuous learning.
- Strong customer focus, commitment, sales and results-driven, and ability to work independently.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
