Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure a high customer retention rate.
  • Drive revenue growth in the Singapore Enterprise Resources Planning Software (ERP) market by identifying new opportunities.
  • Schedule meetings to present updates and gather feedback from clients.
  • Collaborate closely with in-house business analysts and functional consultants to provide solutions for clients' new requirements.
  • Respond to quotation requests and assist with business and grant proposals.
  • Upsell and cross-sell the company's products to existing accounts.
  • Meet account performance KPIs as agreed with management.
  • Update the in-house CRM system for account reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates with no prior working experience are welcome.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience is needed for candidates with work experience.
  • Remuneration will be based on your work experience.
  • Possess a 'farmer' mindset and passion for client-oriented services.
  • Proactive and a problem-solver.
  • Understand the concepts of customer retention and account management.
  • Willingness and patience to listen to customer feedback.
  • Good presentation, communication, and written skills.
