A leading company in the ICT industry seeks a Senior Sales Manager to spearhead business development in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess a Master’s degree and substantial experience in sales and partner management across APAC markets. This role focuses on driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and effective customer relationship management, requiring strong negotiation skills and the ability to analyze performance metrics.
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the specific industry business develop and sales in local market.
· Prospect, identify, qualify, and target accounts fitting the industry before and after market account profile.
• Lead cross-disciplinary collaboration (sales, marketing, product, and technical teams) to align partner roadmaps with client needs—e.g., translating CIO/CTO decision-making priorities into tailored ICT solutions (intelligent computing, data communication, optical transmission, storage) that drive client value.
• Design and execute joint marketing campaigns (e.g., industry summits, webinars, case studies) that amplify partner reach and generate qualified leads at scale. Integrate marketing analytics to track campaign ROI, optimize lead handoff to sales, and refine strategies based on partner performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates, deal velocity).
· Conducts regular business reviews, leveraging internal analytics and market intelligence to gain customer insights, and understands positive and negative trends in data, to uncover new opportunities for growth, increase sales, and retain and grow the business by presenting strategic solutions to the customer.
· Meet sales and activity performance goals, including weekly pipeline report by opportunity. Prepare reports and communicate monthly summary of wins, losses, inhibitors and net-new opportunities
· Responsible for customer relationship development and management.
· Collaborate with various practices and functions to ensure local alignment with region / global strategies.
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (ICT background a plus);
• At least 5-8 years of sales or account/partner management experience in the ICT industry, with at least 2 years focused on APAC markets (including China). Proven success in scaling partner revenue through integrated marketing and sales collaboration;
• Expertise in customer/partner management with cross-disciplinary experience in business strategy and account management; Manage $50M+ Asia-Pacific partner commercial programs, orchestrating technical, sales, and marketing teams to build integrated solution sales pipelines
• Ability to analyze sales performance metrics, strong negotiation skills, and proven capability to build/maintain long-term customer relationships, with specific experience in internet client engagement.
• Strong personal influence to act as an effective influencer and negotiator at senior client management levels; led commercial negotiations for projects.
• Deep understanding of IT strategy, CIO decision-making processes, and related challenges; Architected and executed 15+ CXO-level technology summits and strategic dialogues (CIO/CTO forums) across APAC markets, driving 30% faster decision-making for intelligent computing deployments through peer-to-peer case study sharing.
• Facilitated 50+ technical-commercial alignment workshops between enterprise IT leaders and partner solution architects, translating strategic roadmap discussions into joint PoC initiatives with 90% conversion rate.
• Strong expertise in datacom, optical transmission, storage, and computing technologies, with proven ability to translate technical capabilities into partnership/ Customer Relationship growth.
• Proven work with Fortune 500 ICT account/partners or managing global-local sales and marketing partnerships.
Proficiency in using CRM/marketing tools to track campaign performance, partner ROI, and customer behavior trends.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with overseas and local Chinese speaking associates.
