Bachelor’s Degree in telecommunication related major or equivalent
Responsibilities:
- Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs regularly and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
- Develop new sales opportunities and manage sales projects
- Engage with key customers to enhance and maintain strong relationships
- Partnerwith solutions and delivery teams to create account and business strategies
- Conduct research on telco industry and perform market insights to ensure competitiveness of proposed solutions
- Achieve annual business plan through efficient internal collaboration andstrategic customer engagement
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to team members, stakeholders, and for potential use in future case studies or company trainings
- Manage key accounts effectively and perform any other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in telecommunication related major or equivalent
- Candidate with ICT background and carrier network experience is strongly preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in sales, client support, or a similar role is a plus
- Demonstrated success in delivering client solutions and achieving sales goals
- In-depth knowledge of solution sales, product specifications, and competitive landscape preferred
- Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer oriented, target-driven and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
- Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated and self-directed
