Job description

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, clarify, and validate customer needs regularly and maintain high customer satisfaction ratings
  • Develop new sales opportunities and manage sales projects
  • Engage with key customers to enhance and maintain strong relationships
  • Partnerwith solutions and delivery teams to create account and business strategies
  • Conduct research on telco industry and perform market insights to ensure competitiveness of proposed solutions
  • Achieve annual business plan through efficient internal collaboration andstrategic customer engagement
  • Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to team members, stakeholders, and for potential use in future case studies or company trainings
  • Manage key accounts effectively and perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in telecommunication related major or equivalent
  • Candidate with ICT background and carrier network experience is strongly preferred
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales, client support, or a similar role is a plus
  • Demonstrated success in delivering client solutions and achieving sales goals
  • In-depth knowledge of solution sales, product specifications, and competitive landscape preferred
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer oriented, target-driven and capable of accurate work with minimal supervision
  • Strong negotiation skills, self-motivated and self-directed
