About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Account Manager / Business Development professional to manage key client relationships, ensure ongoing customer satisfaction with our SAP services, and identify opportunities for account growth. This is a remote role based offshore, with flexibility for occasional travel to Singapore.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Maintain regular communication with client stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Schedule and lead periodic client check-ins and satisfaction reviews.
- Service Delivery Support:
- Collaborate with internal delivery teams to ensure smooth execution of SAP projects and AMS engagements.
- Track and follow up on customer concerns, escalations, and feedback to ensure timely resolution.
- Assist in coordinating service performance reviews and reporting.
- Business Development:
- Identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts (e.g., additional SAP modules, enhancements, change requests).
- Explore and propose new business opportunities aligned with customer needs.
- Maintain awareness of upcoming license renewals, expansions, and compliance requirements.
- Coordination & Reporting:
- Provide regular account updates, status reports, and pipeline tracking to regional leadership.
- Work closely with presales, delivery, and commercial teams to support proposals and pricing discussions.
- Travel:
- Willingness to travel to Singapore occasionally for key meetings or relationship-building activities.
Requirements:- Proven experience in account management or business development roles, preferably in the SAP or enterprise IT services space.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence client stakeholders.
- Experience working with offshore delivery teams and coordinating across time zones.
- Self-driven, organized, and proactive in managing customer relationships and internal follow-ups.
- Familiarity with SAP products and licensing is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field.
Preferred Skills:- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, or other SAP solutions.
- Experience with license management or working with SAP/SI partners.
- Comfortable working remotely with global teams.
