About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Account Manager to drive revenue growth and manage strategic relationships with gaming companies, digital platforms, and technology organizations. This role focuses on expanding our footprint within existing accounts while identifying new revenue opportunities through our age verification and compliance solutions.

Account Management & Growth
  • Manage and expand relationships with 15+ mid-market to large accounts with annual contract values ranging from $100K to $1M+

  • Develop comprehensive account plans that align with customer business objectives and regulatory compliance needs

  • Identify and pursue expansion opportunities across multiple product lines and business units within existing accounts

Customer Relationship Building
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders including product managers, legal, compliance, and technical teams

  • Build strong relationships with decision makers and influencers across customer organizations

  • Coordinate with internal teams including Integration Engineers, Customer Success, and Legal

  • Conduct regular business reviews and check-ins to ensure customer satisfaction and identify growth opportunities

Revenue Generation
  • Achieve annual quota targets of $1.5M+ in expansion and renewal revenue

  • Negotiate contract renewals and expansion agreements

  • Collaborate with new business teams to support deals requiring existing customer references

  • Identify whitespace opportunities within accounts for additional product adoption

Industry & Product Expertise
  • Develop understanding of industry regulations, privacy laws (COPPA, GDPR, etc.), and compliance requirements

  • Stay current on digital platform policies and age verification mandates

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on compliance strategy and implementation

  • Support customer success initiatives and product adoption

Minimum Qualifications
  • 7 years of account management or customer success experience in B2B SaaS

  • 3 years managing accounts with $100K+ annual contract values

  • Proven track record of achieving quota and driving customer growth

  • Experience with multi-stakeholder decision making environments

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and account management tools

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements

  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders

  • Experience with gaming, digital platforms, or regulated industries preferred
