What you'll do

  • Define and execute global, regional, and local account strategies, including annual revenue plans (KP) and target plans (TP).
  • Identify business opportunities, steer business development for agreed accounts, and meet defined objectives.
  • Translate customer strategies and priorities into executable plans for growth.
  • Drive and roll out customer approvals, and promote upstream solution selling.
  • Develop and maintain sustainable, long-term relationships with key accounts, executives, and sponsors.
  • Define account-specific pricing, negotiate contracts, ensure fulfillment of commitments, and implement commercial policies.
  • Optimize sales processes within the country and provide clear direction.
  • Develop and maintain strong executive and cross-functional relationships across the matrix organization.
  • Manage internal resources to execute account strategies.
  • Achieve account targets KP/TP OSG and PC.
  • Provide clear business plans for assigned accounts with achievable goals.
  • Handle timely and accurate administrative tasks supporting account strategy, including sales forecast updates and monthly reports.
