Job description

We need an organiser who links clients with the teams that plan, design, and measure campaigns. You will turn broad goals into clear briefs, keep budgets and timelines on track, and step in to fix a spreadsheet, move pixels in Figma or tighten copy when the situation calls for it. The buck stops with you: you test and check the final versions of everything and never let the client see any impropriety.

Client Discovery & Briefing

• Lead kickoff sessions; distil vague asks into SMART objectives
• Write integrated briefs spanning content, media, and creative
  
  
  

Strategic Account Stewardship

• Build quarterly roadmaps tying marketing outputs to commercial KPIs
• Spot upsell opportunities grounded in data, not fluff
  
  
  

Project & Resource Management

• Run agile workflows; own budgets, timelines, and scopes
• Jump in with basic media plan math or copy tweaks when needed
  
  
  

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Create dashboards in Sheets/Looker Studio; narrate the "so what."
  
  
  

Problem Escalation & Resolution

• Unblock teams quickly - whether that means fixing a tag, rewriting a brief, or calming a stakeholder
  
  
  

Requirements

• 3 to 6 years account or project management in an agency or in-house marketing team
• Hands-on background in one craft (media buying, copywriting, analytics, etc.)
• Proficiency with budget spreadsheets, Gantt/Kanban tools, and GA4
• Polished client-facing English - verbal and written
• Demonstrated knack for untangling conflicting requirements
