Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our Singapore team. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day client relationships, driving project delivery, and ensuring high-quality outcomes across creative and production workstreams. You will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on brief, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, developing strong, trusted relationships
  2. Lead end-to-end project and campaign management across creative, digital, and production deliverables
  3. Translate client briefs into clear internal instructions, timelines, and scopes of work
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (creatives, designers, production, and finance) to deliver high-quality work
  5. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring smooth execution and client satisfaction
  6. Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and support new business initiatives when needed
  7. Prepare presentations, status reports, and post-campaign reviews for clients
  8. Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, client expectations, and agency standards

Requirements:

  1. 3–5 years of account management experience, preferably in a creative, digital, or integrated agency environment
  2. Strong understanding of creative and production workflows
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset
  4. Detail-oriented with solid project management and multitasking abilities
  5. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, collaborative approach
  6. Experience managing budgets, timelines, and agency resourcing
  7. Familiarity with marketing channels (digital, print, social, ATL/BTL)
