What's the role?

We are looking for candidates with strong business acumen to unleash high potential at Hilti, starting as an Account Manager. This is no ordinary job. Our people come from diverse backgrounds with a shared dedication to high performance, consistent results, and outstanding customer service.

What does the role involve?

As an Account Manager, you will report directly to the Area Sales Manager. You’ll visit customers at their workplaces, whether on construction sites, plants, offices, or warehouses, to understand their needs and how we can assist.

Our model is based on consultative selling, requiring a hands-on approach. Fundamental to the role are professional knowledge of products, markets, and services, with key responsibilities including developing and growing assigned sales territories. You will need a strong winning mindset to identify new sales opportunities and convert leads into customers. Instead of cold calling, the focus is on nurturing relationships with warm, responsive customers. Daily tasks and responsibilities will challenge you and help you develop into an ambitious market leader.

What you need is:
  • Degree in any discipline
  • At least 3 years of sales or equivalent customer-facing experience in MNCs
  • Previous experience in Construction is highly advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic personality with a strong winning and high-performance mindset
  • Self-motivated and quick learner
  • Highly adaptable with a “can-do” attitude
  • A valid driving license, essential due to the nature of the position
