1. Sales Generation
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry research.

  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline to achieve or surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.

  • Conduct compelling product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.

2. Client Relationship Management
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, positive relationships with customers.

  • Understand client requirements and deliver tailored solutions, clearly articulating the value of our printing and IT services.

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly and professionally.

3. Market Research and Analysis
  • Monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies.

  • Analyze market data to uncover new business opportunities and adjust sales tactics as needed.

4. Quotation and Proposal Preparation
  • Create precise, competitive quotations and proposals that highlight our value proposition.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and maintain high product and service quality.

5. Sales Reporting
  • Keep comprehensive records of sales activities, client communications, and opportunities using the CRM system.

  • Submit regular sales updates and forecasts to the sales manager.

Requirements:
