Account Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree.
• Preferably Executive specialised in Sales but entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, goal & detail-oriented.

JOB SCOPE:

• Acquire new sales and grow sales volume with existing customers.
• Perform full pre and post-sales activities.
• Identify key decision-makers within targeted accounts.
• Prepare quotations and tenders and liaise with multiple business units.
• Gather market intelligence.
• Maintain and achieve customer satisfaction in pursuit of business targets.
• Generate leads and develop lead opportunities for client services and solutions.
• Engage with decision-makers to discuss their business pains.
• Conduct peer-to-peer conversations with senior executives from multiple enterprises to gain a cross-functional view of managed goals and objectives of multiple projects concurrently.
• Participate in conference calls with clients to articulate various trends in the market and outline lead opportunities.
• Maintain accurate sales records (prospects pipeline and accomplished sales).
• Basic salary up to $4200 (commensurate with experience) plus commission structure, annual KPI bonus, and transport reimbursement.
