As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Responsible for identifying customer needs, addressing requests promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Support business growth through the development and maintenance of long-term client relationships, contributing to the success of the sales team and overall business.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and manufacturers to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain and update sales reports and forecasts regularly.
