Location: Hybrid (HQ at 55 Ayer Rajah Cres, #05-09, Singapore 139949)
Hours: Full-Time | Mon–Fri 9am–6pm + Flexible On-Site Hours for Events
Compensation: Competitive + Based on Experience

Role Summary
The Account Manager will take full ownership of client relationships and project execution from start to finish. You’ll manage every aspect of your projects — from brief and costing, through to logistics, installation, and post-event wrap-ups. Your goal: deliver excellence on time, on budget, with sustainability and customer experience at the core.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery for assigned accounts — including planning, quoting, approvals, installation and client servicing
Maintain proactive, responsive, and trust-based client relationships
Manage internal coordination between design, production, and install teams
Monitor and track sustainability KPIs (templates and guidance provided)
Provide on-site event support and act as lead point-of-contact during installs
Create and maintain accurate documentation including budgets, timelines, and approvals
Contribute to team-wide project reviews and continuous improvement processes
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years in account management, project delivery, event production
Strong communication and people skills — both written and verbal
Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines without dropping the ball
Demonstrated passion for sustainability (personal or professional examples welcome)
Comfortable with key software: Excel, PowerPoint, email platforms, Adobe tools
Familiarity with budgeting, margin management, and reporting
Multilingual or multilingual-friendly is a plus
