About Waffle

Waffle is a CRM-first POS built for F&B brands across Southeast Asia. We help cafés, kiosks, and quick-service restaurants grow by turning first-time buyers into loyal regulars — with tools like POS, QR ordering, loyalty, payments, CRM automation, and Scan-to-Order.


We work with local FnB businesses in Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong to make sure that their operations run as smoothly as possible — and we are just getting started!

What You’ll Do

As an Account Manager at Waffle , you’ll work at the heart of our growth engine — managing relationships, uncovering upsell opportunities, and helping our sellers succeed long after the deal is closed.

This isn’t a “maintenance” role — it’s about growing accounts, building trust, and helping our customers win.

You’ll be responsible for:
  • Owning and growing a portfolio of F&B sellers using Waffle
  • Becoming their go-to partner for anything Waffle-related
  • Spotting and pitching upsell opportunities (CRM, Payments, STO, new outlets)
  • Turning happy customers into referrals and case studies
  • Leading check-ins, QBRs, and the occasional kopi chat
  • Coordinating with product, support, and rollout teams to deliver a great experience
  • Helping shape our playbook and what great AM work looks like
Who You Are

This role is perfect for someone who:

  • Enjoys building real relationships and helping people win
  • Has 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales — preferably in SaaS, tech, or F&B
  • Is confident, clear, and friendly in conversations — online and in-person
  • Has strong follow-through and is highly organised
  • Is hungry to grow fast with an early-stage startup
  • Bonus: Has worked with F&B clients before or loves café hopping :)

In your first 6 months, you’ll:

  • Own 30–50 accounts with confidence
  • Hit your monthly expansion and referral targets
  • Be the reason several customers refer us to their friends
  • Have your own playbook and approach documented for the next AM to learn from
