We are looking for a dynamic Account Manager with a technical background and project management expertise to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Manage end-to-end technology implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (developers, designers, QA) to align project execution with client expectations.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, SOWs, progress reports, and risk assessments.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding client needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and proactively to ensure high retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years in account management, client servicing, or IT project management.
  • Technical Acumen: Understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud solutions.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certifications (Preferred): PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
  • Tools: Proficiency in Jira, Trello, MS Project, or similar PM/CRM tools.
