Job Description

You are responsible for

  • Acts as a single point of contact for customer accounts and Philips authorized channel partner(s) for Ultrasound & other modality product portfolio.
  • Prepares the tactical account plan in line with the regional account strategy and implements the sales strategy. Responsible for managing the funnel in SFDC and working with channel partners to build strong funnels and deliver business outcomes.
  • Achieves budgeted sales volumes, prices, profit margins, and sales forecasts at a specified number of customers and channel partners' quarterly and yearly performance.
  • Coordinates internal and external resources, including local sales force and marketing support, such as Product Sales Specialists, Project Managers, Customer Service, MarComs, and Application Specialists, to meet objectives.
  • Contributes to the development and implementation of local marketing strategies.
  • Analyzes and reports on sales results, market trends, competition, and expectations systematically.
  • Increases profitability through upgrades and positioning in the install base, including end-of-life replacements.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or as a sonographer.
  • Knowledge of hospital workflows, stakeholder management, and experience managing channel partners beyond direct sales is advantageous.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to own responsibilities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, can-do attitude.
  • Experience managing diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
