Job title: Finance manager

Department: Finance

Reporting to: CFO

Location: Singapore

Compensation: Negotiable (based on experience and qualifications)

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for overall financial management
2. Oversee daily accounting operations to ensure accurate and transparent bookkeeping.
3. Lead and manage month-end finance closing, and prepare accurate monthly financial statements (entity and consolidation level) in compliance with regulations.
4. Prepare monthly financial and business analysis for risk management.
5. Establish and improve financial management systems and procedures to optimize capital efficiency.
6. Participate in approval procedures for contracts and payments, ensuring rationality, compliance, and adherence to financial policies and strategic objectives.
7. Perform regular tax filings and related work.
8. Coordinate with auditors and tax authorities to meet regulatory requirements.

2. Budget and internal control

1. Establish a comprehensive budgeting framework, prepare annual budgets and cash flow plans, and monitor execution variances, maintaining deviation rates within ±5%.
2. Implement a structured internal control framework to enhance operational metrics such as accounts receivable turnover and inventory turnover ratios.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CMA/ACCA certification is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in the beauty or service industries.
3. Familiar with SFRS & CAS, Singapore tax laws, and legal requirements.
4. Experience in preparing consolidated financial statements.
5. Proficient in financial software and MS Office tools.
6. Detail-oriented, responsible, with high professional ethics.
7. Good command of both Chinese and English is preferred.
