Overview

The Account Manager will ensure response and resolution of numerous customer issues to achieve the highest level of satisfaction and product understanding for HireRight's clients. The role requires interaction with various customer contacts to facilitate problem resolution and escalate issues to appropriate personnel within HireRight. The Account Manager works with the HireRight Team to proactively monitor issues and improve HireRight product/service delivery prior to customer impact.

Responsibilities

Acting as the day-to-day contact for a client or a number of clients; developing, managing and enhancing new and existing client relationships to ensure client retention, revenue and growth as well as promoting HireRight and its services through excellent customer service.

Client Care Responsibilities:

  1. Acting as a dedicated Account Manager responsible for overall relationship, growth, retention and customer support for a number of clients.
  2. Responsible for the optimization and smooth running of the clients overall screening program.
  3. Client Liaison – providing candidate/file and company specific information and progress reports in response to clients’ enquiries / Handling all levels of enquiries from customers.
  4. Building long-term relationships with the assigned clients.
  5. Maintain and improve client satisfaction and performance.
  6. Maintain up to date client documentation including Service Level Agreements and Terms of business, Meeting Minutes and Client Guides.
  7. Promoting and discussing new services with their Clients.
  8. Handling SLA reviews of their clients.
  9. Communicating SLA changes to Service Delivery Teams.
  10. Leading frequent Client meetings (face to face and/or conference calls).
  11. Conducting Client Trainings.
  12. Generating reports and presentations.
  13. Setting up and maintaining corporate operating systems with client specific information and user access.
  14. Presenting marketing materials to clients and informing them about procedural changes.
  15. Providing Technical support for Client and Candidates Interdepartmental cooperation.
  16. Liaising between Service Delivery teams and Client when additional information needed in order to complete background screening report.
  17. Cooperating with Service Delivery teams to ensure quality and timely service – including Answering Client specific questions from BSA’s.
  18. Obtaining volume predictions from clients and feeding back to Operations.

Qualifications

  1. Possesses a Bachelor Degree in Business with a minimum 5-8 years relevant account management experience. BGV industry experience preferred.
  2. Equipped with commercial awareness skills to understand market trends and what is happening in the market.
  3. Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of management with diplomacy, tact and discretion.
  4. Ability to demonstrate influencing skills to implement new ideas and upsell with existing client base.
  5. Ability to project manage and meet deadlines; priorities, multitask and manage own and others time effectively.
  6. Identifies ideas and opportunities and makes them happen.
  7. Good Computer Literacy including MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
  8. Ability to travel at short notice to meet client needs where necessary.
  9. Building relationships with senior level contacts within client accounts.
