Job summary

Apex Group in Singapore is hiring an Account Manager – Private Equity to oversee fund accounting operations, review capital activity, and ensure accuracy of financial statements and investor records.

You will lead and coach a team, review partner allocations, and ensure AML/KYC compliance for investor onboarding. This role focuses on delivering high-quality service to PE clients in a fast-paced global firm.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of private equity/venture capital products and real estate funds and environments, with fund accounting experience.
• Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting.
• 5+ years of private equity or real estate fund accounting work experience.
• Experience in managing and coaching staff.
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.

• Review all capital activity of the funds.
• Review Limited Partner and General Partners allocation, and calculations/schedules.
• Review financial statements and partner capital statements.
• Review investor onboarding documents to ensure AML/KYC compliance.

Account Manager – Private Equity

Location : Singapore

Description

As an Account Manager, you will review fund constitutional documents from an operational perspective, providing accounting services for the funds and calculate net asset value and investor services. You will also review the work of team members and provide feedback for improvement to guarantee timely delivery and quality of work.

Skills Required:

• Knowledge of financial products, Private Equity/Venture Capital, Real estate funds and environments along with prior fund accounting experience
• A Bachelor's or Master's level degree in accounting
• 5+ years of private equity or real estate fund accounting work experience
• Previous experience managing/coaching staff
• Experience in reviewing and preparing financial statements.
