CHOW is a regional creative agency that develops and shares impactful visual stories for your brand. We're seeking an Account Manager to join our growing team! The Account Manager position will oversee a team of suits and creatives in developing creative, social-first strategies for the latest food and beverage (F&B) and Hospitality concepts in the region.
Job Scope
Account Management
- Day-to-day client servicing for delegated social media accounts – Scope includes full page and community management, content strategy, ad strategy and ongoing production alongside the Creative team for execution of content.
- Reporting and analytics; taking the lead on social media audits for existing and new accounts
- Proposing and leading content and strategy related to relevant accounts, with opportunities for regional exposure
- Build and maintain good relationships with clients and partners across the region
New Business
- Working alongside Senior Management for new business proposals and pitching, overseeing timelines & progression
- On-boarding new businesses on behalf of Senior Management / alongside Senior Management, and training appointed team members
- Developing strategy for business growth alongside Senior Management, with opportunities to support regional growth within CHOW's offices in South East Asia
Training & Leadership
- Ongoing mentoring for team members alongside Senior Management
- Overseeing day-to-day account management for a team of Account Executives and Interns alongside Senior Management
- Working alongside Senior Management to develop new agency structures, refine processes, team building & growth, and the execution of strategies in agency training.
Requirements
- At least 4 to 6 years in a digital or social media agency
- An independent and tenacious worker
- Possesses excellent communication skills
- Good client management and presentation skills
- Experience in the food and beverage, as well as hospitality, industries is a plus!
