RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Client consulting via email, WhatsApp, phone, video conferencing, and face-to-face meetings.
• Managing campaigns and preparing reports.
• Technical implementation of campaigns.
• Overseeing and performing quality control on the technical team’s execution.
• Continuously improving processes and technology to enhance service delivery.
