About the role

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Manager to join our Business Development team. This role is pivotal in maintaining strong relationships with our panel of dealer partners, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying new opportunities for growth and collaboration. You will also play a key role in expanding our dealer network and enhancing value creation for both existing and potential partners.

What you'll be responsible for

  • Serve as the commercial lead for a portfolio of dealer partners, driving revenue through existing services.

  • Maintain regular communication and conduct periodic reviews with dealers to understand their business needs and challenges.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Ops, Tech) to ensure seamless implementation of dealer initiatives.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new services to dealer partners.

  • Actively source and onboard new dealers to expand the company’s network.

  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and service expectations in line with company policies.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure Motorist remains competitive and relevant.

  • Lead end-to-end execution of dealer-facing campaigns, engagement programs, and onboarding pipelines using structured project workflows

  • Maintain project timelines, assign ownership, manage risks, and ensure deliverables are met across multiple concurrent initiatives (e.g., award campaigns, new feature launches).

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–4 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development, preferably in the automotive or B2B space.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Results-driven with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM tools.

  • Familiarity with the automotive industry or dealer operations is a plus.
