What we are looking for?
The account manager reports to the Senior Account Manager and is expected to be hands on across digital strategy, planning & execution as well as manage a team with the aim to nurture and train. Prior experience of working with mobile media is a bonus.
What you will be responsible for:
Digital Campaign Management
Responsible for delivering innovative brand/performance campaign solutions taking into account consumer and category insights & strategy.
Working knowledge of media management systems across social & programmatic platforms (such as but not limited to Facebook, Google Ads, and TikTok) and/or DSPs & ad networks (such as but not limited to Jampp, Remerge and InMobi).
Work collaboratively with all internal specialist teams to successfully deliver digital media campaigns – teams include Strategy & Insights, Search and Social, Programmatic & Reporting.
Collaborate with media owners and agency partners to ensure all deliverables are met/launched on time.
Able to analyze performance results to provide actionable insights & opportunities to drive efficient ROI in line with the client objectives and KPIs, with the support of the media planner.
Strong knowledge of the APAC media landscape and digital trends to identify emerging media opportunities keeping business objectives in mind.
Maintain the highest standard for accuracy and quality of work across the team.
Client Management
Develop a deep understanding of the client businesses with the aim to be a trusted advisor of digital strategy - ensuring we focus on digital excellence that supports the broader business output.
Participate and lead key presentations with the support of the team - quarterly planning decks & weekly/monthly client meetings.
Maintain excellent relationships with the internal teams as well as external media suppliers/partners to drive added value for the account.
Team Management
Proactively resolve issues both externally & internally while knowing when and whom to escalate to.
Train & guide team members on media best practices & new media platforms.
Nurture and inspire juniors, ensure their development and growth plans are in place.
Able to be both a leader as well as being a team player to maintain cohesiveness - stepping back to allow the team to learn & grow but also stepping in to support them when needed.
What are the requirements of the role?
4 to 6 years experience in client servicing and relationship management (agency experience required).
A confident communicator and eloquent in presenting ideas to clients and agency partners, with strong communication (English - verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
Working knowledge of digital buying/management and trading tech including ad-servers, verification tools and MMP/DSP/DMPs etc.
A love for data and an ability to analyze a vast amount of data with exceptional attention to detail.
Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or the Google Suite equivalent).
Preferably experienced with Performance campaigns, knowledge in Branding/Awareness is a bonus.
Team player personality – responsible, accountable, and collaborative.
Can-do attitude – keen to learn new skills, pro-active, and takes ownership over tasks.
