The Company

A global fund administrator is seeking an Account Manager to join their team to lead hedge fund client relationships. With operations in 35 countries and deep expertise in fund administration, the firm delivers scalable solutions to clients ranging from global asset managers to boutique hedge funds.

The Role

• Act as the key point of contact for hedge fund clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment across service teams.
• Lead and coach fund accounting/middle office teams to deliver high-quality service.
• Drive issue resolution, service enhancements, and client onboarding.
• Manage client meetings, due diligence requests, and board reporting.
• Coordinate with third parties (auditors, legal, tech providers) to support client operations.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and standardization.
  

Your Profile

• 8+ years in fund accounting or middle office, ideally in hedge funds.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Confident communicator and experienced in managing internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving operational improvements.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments.
